Launched the Arts & Social Experiments initiative, an on-chain funding program for creative and community-driven projects on Kusama. Leading the selection, management, and evaluation of proposals, funding the strongest ideas with full treasury transparency while shaping the ecosystem's cultural direction.
Founded chaotic.art, an NFT platform built around originality and true digital ownership. Took it from idea to launch and grew it into one of the most active marketplaces in the ecosystem. Leading a small team of developers, working closely with artists, and staying involved in everything from product decisions to growth and community.
Built and launched the global meetups bounty system, optimised for efficiency and scalability. Funded 250+ meetups across 112 cities in 41 countries and distributed $250K+ in treasury funds to community-led initiatives. Designed workflows for proposal review, funding allocation, and reporting, enabling local organisers worldwide to run events and grow the ecosystem.
Represented Polkadot at international events, talks, and workshops. Supported the growth of local and global communities, mentored new ambassadors and contributors, and onboarded users into the ecosystem.
Created and led a community initiative dedicated to helping women navigate the Web3 ecosystem. Onboarded 130+ participants through education, events, and mentorship. Organized 10+ events to strengthen collaboration between people and projects and to open doors for new partnerships.
Led product direction and prioritised feature development for a leading NFT marketplace. Onboarded 250+ artists, translated creator feedback into product improvements, organised NFT exhibitions, and represented the platform through public speaking, workshops, and ecosystem events.
Supported operations, QA reporting, creator communications, content production, and event execution. Contributed to artist interviews, social media output, and conference representation during a high-growth phase of the marketplace.
Led weekly workshops and community sessions focused on Web3 education and onboarding. Worked on cross-chain collaboration between Polkadot and Cardano, supporting builders and helping new users enter the ecosystem. Contributed to events, discussions, and growth initiatives.
Organized 20+ conferences and side events across Europe, some with over 500 attendees. Managed end-to-end event execution and helped grow the ecosystem presence through consistent, high-quality events.
Led financial data tracking and reporting at Yanfeng, a global automotive supplier. Analyzed large datasets to support budgeting and financial planning, and improved internal processes and data organization, increasing efficiency across the team. Started as Financial Assistant before moving into the specialist role.
State-certified to advise on insurance, investments, and mortgages at FinGO.SK. Managed investment portfolios for 100+ clients and advised on financial planning and long-term strategies, working with products from financial institutions across Slovakia.
Managed a portfolio of 1,000+ products at TOYETO, working directly with business clients and supporting the company's expansion to 6 retail locations. Started in administrative roles, coordinating operations across 4 cities and streamlining internal processes.

More about me
Most of the opportunities I found in Web3 came from the conferences, events, and meetups I started attending in my early crypto days. I have been travelling a lot with the KodaDot team, representing it at events around the world and organising our presence there: booths, small exhibitions, and speaking opportunities.

The Blockspace Hackathon
Along the way I got deeply involved in event organisation: flagship events for Polkadot, opening events and closing parties, and exhibitions where I curated art and worked directly with artists. At some point I launched the Women of Polkadot initiative, which started with small meetups and grew into something truly meaningful.
All of this ties back to why I'm here in the first place. I got into Web3 because the philosophy behind it attracted me. It's outside the box and has a deeper meaning than just building products or making money. The possibility of helping build a world that is a little more in our own hands is something that motivates me.
What I found on this journey was the opportunity to create my own things, express myself, and grow. I believe experience is the meaning of life, which is why I love learning. I'm not someone who says no to challenges. When something puts me under pressure and gives me a chance to grow, I usually take it.
